About Farm Daddeaw

Tokto and Pimra struggled with the conventional food system after seeing health aliments stemming from their diets. Everywhere they turned, the food is laden with pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, and all sorts of chemicals to make the food cheaper, but not healthier.

And while traversing throughout Thailand, they witnessed a troubling scene: vast monocultures and annual burning practices followed by severe weather patterns, drought, and flooding.

They thought that there has to be a better way to live, one that is in tune with nature's rhythms. So they decided to do something about it and started Farm Daddeaw in 2023.

They set out to produce the most nutrient-dense and delicious meats.
Food that nourishes the soul and also the palate.
Food where there is a connection to the land and a return to the fundamentals that fuel our vitality.

Our Farming Philosophy

We focus on producing nutrient-dense, delicious meats while "regenerating" the land. Regenerative agriculture is a farming approach that improves the topsoil, water cycle, mineral cycle, carbon sequestration, and biodiversity.

The key to this is "movement".
Movement is inherent in nature.
We move our animals every single day, come rain or shine. The moves gives the animals fresh grass to eat, more bugs, and a clean bedding. This keeps them healthy and hygienic while providing a lot of exercise. This makes the meat exceptionally tender and juicy.

In contrast, conventional farming is seen as a "necessary evil". The premise is that everyone needs to eat and conventional farming provides the cheap calories. But the hidden costs are high. It requires massive amounts of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and heavy machine which degenerate the top soil killing all other life. Downstream problems include flooding, loss of wildlife, and drought. The calories might be cheap but they are voided of nutrient.

A Word on Sustainability

We are not "SUSTAINABLE".
We are not trying to sustain the current ecosystem. We are actively improving it. We are "REGENERATING" life on the farm. We are improving the top soil, water cycle, mineral cycle, and support diversity.
We are making the environment better, while regenerating our own vitality with amazing foods!

Our Location

Situated in the picturesque province of Nan, our 150-rai regenerative farm borders the Nan River, one of the four vital tributaries that form the lifeblood of the Chao Phraya River system. Our terrain is a mixture of undulating pastures and rubber forests.
